A few things we ask of you
Up to 10 consecutive days is the recommended course.
Do not fall asleep with the tray in.
If your teeth sting or ache, remove it before the 90 minutes are up.
Go easy on coffee, tea, red wine and curry while whitening and just after.
Why the colour holds
for so much longer.
Both use peroxide to break down pigment inside the tooth.
What differs is the concentration — and how deep, and how fast, it works.
In-office whitening
High concentration · Hydrogen peroxide 30–35%
A strong, fast reaction that breaks down pigment near the surface.
Whitening Go
Low concentration · Carbamide peroxide ~6%
Penetrates slowly, reaching pigment deep in the tooth, near the dentin.
How the brightness holds
Illustrative only. Longevity varies by individual.
Both sides, honestly.
Neither is better — they do different jobs.
In-office is for the week before the wedding. Go is for the way you want to look every day.
Whitening Go
Advantages
- The colour rebounds slowly
- Continue at your own pace
- Reaches the back teeth too
- No impressions — easy to start
- Few clinic visits needed
Trade-offs
- Takes time before you notice a change
- Needs daily consistency and self-management
- Not ideal if you need white immediately
- Consult us first if you have sensitivity
In-office whitening
Advantages
- Visible result after a single session
- Performed by a dentist or hygienist
- Can be paired with a cleaning for more effect
- Ideal before an event or a special day
Trade-offs
- The colour rebounds relatively quickly
- You need to set aside clinic time
- Temporary sensitivity can occur
It won't change overnight.
That is exactly why it lasts.
You begin
Brush, then wear the tray for 90 minutes.
One box done
You can see the tone has lifted yourself.
Others notice
People around you clearly see that your teeth are whiter.
2–3 boxesIt depends on your natural shade, how much staining there is, and your daily habits. Go at your own pace — consistency matters more than speed. Results vary by individual.
One box is a complete course.
We recommend at least 10 days of use,
so a single box covers the full course.
- 10 upper trays
- 10 lower trays
- A walk-through of how to use it
How this differs
from what's on the shelf.
A different concentration
Over-the-counter whitening is limited by regulation in the ingredients and concentrations it may use. A dentist-dispensed agent can carry a higher concentration of the active ingredient.
Your mouth is checked first
We make sure you're not whitening over untreated decay or gum disease — a step only a clinic can give you.
Formulated for sensitivity
Opalescence Go contains potassium nitrate and fluoride to help ease sensitivity during use.
One thing to confirm
before you begin.
A good fit if you
- Want the back teeth whitened too
- Struggle to find time for clinic visits
- Travel or take business trips often
- Want the result to hold as long as possible
- Simply want to try it first
Please talk to us first if you
- Have marked tooth sensitivity
- Have untreated decay or gum disease
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have fillings, crowns or implants on front teeth
Whitening has no effect on artificial teeth — fillings, crowns and implants. On natural teeth a change of roughly 2–3 shades is typical, though this varies with the condition of your teeth.
The same ten days.
A whiter result.
There is something you can do before you start
to get the most out of the gel.
Brush thoroughly before every tray
Plaque left on the tooth surface blocks the gel from penetrating. The brushing you do before the tray goes in shows up directly in the result.
But brushing alone cannot remove tartar, hardened plaque and set-in stains.
Prepare the surface first.
Bookable at the best price in the Sukhumvit area.
Added to the cleaning fee — a package including a dedicated stain-removal treatment.
Let's clear these up
before you start.
Will my teeth become sensitive?
How is this different from what I can buy in a shop?
How long does the result last?
Does it work if I have fillings or implants?
Can I use it while travelling?
I forgot to use it for a day.
It starts with
a single message.
“Is it in stock?” — that's all you need to send.
No appointment, no commitment.
